The place was immaculately clean and we loved guest room. The location was lovely for traveling around El Tarter, close to Soldeu, and tunnel. It also was away from the shop's.

Kids' club is a great way to get rid of annoying children. Indoor pool is a lovely spot for an icy swim. Andorra is perfect for shopping, but don't forget to bring your wallet!

The sauna's equipment doens't worked without any aditional explication.

As we arrived to the hotel our car was stuck in the snow (bring snow chains!) but the hotel came to our rescue. There is a childrens club´each evening and the ski lift is very close to the hotel. The small swimming pool is perfect for a morning swim as it was empty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!

This hotel is a great value for money option in a lovely location. Its proximity to the El Tarter ski lift is a huge advantage for skiers and snowboarders. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although small with limited storage space, have a good view from the balcony. The breakfast included in the package was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.

Really enjoyed this nice basic hotel: BRILLIANT food and kind and great staff. Stunning location, it was just off free transport, a supermarket with GREAT good sausages and the el tarter ski lift.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met what was needed. I liked that it was spotlessly clean and homely, the staff were extremely helpful and rooms were warm. The food was outstanding and the bar was nice. The location was best possible and quiet, for example, Sant Jaume de Ransol was within a close distance from the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy transfer to the slopes. The staff was welcoming and spoke multiple languages. The rooms were well-kept and tidy throughout our stay. the sauna and swimming pool facilities were impressive.

Slow Wi-Fi and uninspiring food. The internet connection was weak and frustrating to use, especially during busy times.

As a solo female traveler, my recent ski trip was made even better thanks to the hotel's prime location. The property is so close to the ski lifts that it only takes a few minutes to walk up the snowy slopes. I loved being able to see the beautiful mountains as soon as I stepped out of the hotel. The room was perfect, with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and great service. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to relax in the warm pool before heading out for another day on the slopes.

I did find that the walls were a bit too thin, and I could sometimes hear the sounds of other guests in their rooms. Despite this minor inconvenience, my overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

The noise from the nearby elevator, but overall, everything was ok.
